Most of the condominiums are privately owned and each unit is uniquely decorated and furnished. Some of the Homestead's Utah condos and homes are located on the resort grounds while many are located nearby on the Homestead Golf Course. All condominiums and homes have a full kitchen with microwave and coffee maker and receive all the resort's complimentary activities and amenities, daily housekeeping and complimentary shuttle from units to property. All condos are smoke and pet free.

5-bedroom unit sleeps up to 14 people. 3 Level 5500 Sq. ft luxury home with wonderful views, Large modern kitchen, microwave, dishwasher. Large living room, Dining room seats 12 + 4 bar stools, 3 gas fireplaces (living, family, master bedroom) 3 TV’s – big screen w/DVD in family room, master bedroom TV/DVD, and TV in living room, play station I with games, game room with pool table & foosball, stereo, outdoor propane gas grill, washer, dryer, outdoor 8 person hot tub 2 car garage (4 car maximum parking driveway).
