Most of the condominiums are privately owned and each unit is uniquely decorated and furnished. Some of the Homestead's Utah condos are located on the resort grounds while many are located nearby on the Homestead Golf Course. All condominiums have a full kitchen with microwave and coffee maker and receive all the resort's complimentary activities and amenities, daily housekeeping and complimentary shuttle from units to property. All condos are smoke and pet free.
2 bedroom units sleep up to 6 people per unit. Full kitchen, microwave, living room, gas or wood fireplace, patio, cable TV, dishwasher, washer, dryer, coffee maker, vacuum, and board, hair dryers, make-up mirrors. All units include gas barbeques.
2 bedroom units sleep 6 – 7 people per unit. 2 bedroom units sleep 6 – 7 people per unit. Full kitchen living room, gas fireplace, TV/VCR in living room, microwave, coffee maker iron and board, jetted tub, some have decks off living room. Units include carport parking and gas barbeques.
3 bedroom units sleep 8 – 9 people per unit. Full kitchen living room, gas fireplace, TV/VCR in living room, microwave, coffee maker iron and board, jetted tub, dining for 4 to 8, deck off living room. Units include garage and gas barbeques on deck.
