In spring 2026, our dining story continues with the return of 1886 Grill, followed by the highly anticipated debut of Simon’s Tavern in the winter—each adding new chapters to a legacy that spans generations.

Opening Spring 2027, Simon’s Tavern will feature a new bar concept, indoor and outdoor dining, and a curated menu featuring elevated and familiar favorites.
