Simon's Restaurant at the Homestead Resort serves a spectacular Sunday brunch buffet offering a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items to fit any taste. Some of our weekly featured items include, carved Prime Rib of Beef, Eggs Benedict and a made to order omelet station.
