The Homestead Resort is a full-service destination wedding resort. We offer 142 lodging rooms and a resort spa featuring Aveda treatments and products. A championship 18-hole golf course, horseback riding, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing round out the outdoor activities. The most unique activity at the Homestead is the Homestead Crater. A 55- foot tall, beehive shaped limestone rock that nature hollowed out and filled with 90° water. The Homestead Crater is ideal for scuba diving and snorkeling or relaxing with a soak and swim!
As a complimentary gift from the Homestead, the bride and groom will receive a King Luxury Room for your wedding night.

Three hour set up before the wedding, if additional time is needed contact our Wedding Coordinator three days prior to the event for availability. The room rental includes the items listed above totals $1500. The Homestead can also provide customized linens, slipcovers, and other specialty items at an additional cost.
A wedding cake specialist of your choice can create a custom-made wedding cake tailored to your needs. To have your wedding cake served, please add $.50 per person cake cutting service fee. The cake service fee can be waived if the wedding cake is served in lieu of the desserts on the dinner menu.
A 19% service charge and 8.30% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage, excluding the room rental fee.
For certain events, and at the sole discretion of the Homestead Resort, security personnel may be required. The cost of additional security is $50 per hours/per office. This expense is the responsibility of the client and will be added to the client’s final bill.
If entertainment is necessary a $100 service fee will be charged if the Homestead’s set-up services are required. Due to the proximity of the Homestead lodging rooms to our banquet area, the volume will be monitored.
