From the moment you begin your Spa experience, we want to ensure your comfort. Please familiarize yourself with the following recommendations before you arrive. If you have any questions before, during, or after your Spa experience, please don’t hesitate to ask.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows for orientation, changing into spa attire, and provides the opportunity to receive one of our complimentary additional services, such as our Signature Foot Bath. If you would like to enjoy the outdoor Mineral Water Soaking Tub before your services, please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. A bathing suit is required to use our outdoor Mineral Water Soaking Tub. In the unfortunate event that you arrive late for your appointment, and in consideration of all guests, services will always end at their scheduled time.
We provide lockers, robes, sandals, towels and various amenities for all guests receiving treatments. Please leave all valuables in your room. For your comfort, underclothing may be worn during treatments, however we maintain a strict draping policy for your complete privacy. When booking your appointment, please alert us if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, suffer from allergies or are pregnant. The consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after Spa treatments is not recommended.
If at the time of booking you are not a guest of Homestead Resort, a credit card will be required to reserve your appointment. We kindly ask that you give a minimum of 12 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Appointments canceled within 12 hours or without notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
In keeping with our mission to nurture within natural surroundings, we are proud to offer Aveda products and services. Providing gratuities for exceptional service is greatly appreciated.
