Fanny´s Grill offers hardy meals in a casual atmosphere.  Enjoy the beautiful summer evenings by dining on the patio overlooking the golf course or catch the game at our bar indoors.  Fanny´s offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with house specialties. Our menus also include an assortment Steaks, Pasta, Seafood, Salads and Sandwiches sure to please everyone. We also have an Ice Cream Bar and our wine list has the best prices in the valley.

    Cream of Tomato with Basil (Makes 5 Gallons).
     
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 - cup whole butter              
    7.5 - yellow chopped onions
    .5 - cup whole garlic
    1 - handful basil stems
    .5 - handful parsley stems
    15 - fresh peeled tomatos
    15 - whole canned tomatos
    .75 - gal Cream
    3 - cup basil chiffinade
     
    METHODOLOGY:
    In a large thick pot on heat and melt the butter and add the onions and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add fresh tomatoes bring to a boil on high heat then simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Add the canned tomatoes and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Puree with immersion blender,strain and cool for the next day. To reheat, bring to simmer add cream and basil adj. seasoning and serve.
