Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for orientation and changing into spa attire. In the unfortunate event that you are late for your appointment, and in consideration of all guests, services will always end at their scheduled time.

We kindly ask that you give a minimum of 12 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Appointments canceled within 12 hours or without notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
