Summer Kicks Off at the Homestead
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND KICKS OFF SUMMER AT THE
MIDWAY, Utah (May 25, 2010) – The Homestead Resort will kick off the summer season by reopening Simon’s Sunday Brunch beginning May 30th continuing through September. Memorial weekend begins the summer activities at the Homestead Resort including the Friday Night Campfire Program for guests, Homestead 15k/5k and the Saturday Night Concerts on the Lawn featuring Timpanogas Singer- Songwriter Alliance performers.
Simon’s Sunday Brunch Buffet will begin May 30th continuing through the summer. Simon’s spectacular Sunday brunch buffet offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items to fit any taste. Some of our weekly featured items include, carved Prime Rib of Beef, Eggs Benedict and a made to order omelet station.
Summer activities at the Homestead Resort will kick off Memorial Weekend beginning with the Friday Night Campfire Program for guests of the
Homestead Golden Road Race 15k/5k is scheduled for May 29. The races start at 8:30 am with the ½ mile kids race. The 15k/5k will begin at 9:00 am all participants may use the pool and fitness facilities following the race. Entrance fees $10 - $40 include: T?shirt, refreshments, scenic loop course, awards & random drawings.
The Saturday Night Concerts on the Lawn featuring Timpanogas Singer- Songwriter Alliance performers begins May 29 and continues through September 4. Saturday Night concerts are free and open to the public. The concerts start at 7:00 pm on the front lawn of the Homestead Resort weather permitting. Performers in this year’s concert are as follows:
